TRMS OF SERVICE:
Items are categorized by service but may apply to all/other/unlisted services.
LAWN MOWING:
1. Payment:
Upon acceptance of an estimate, your prompt entry of credit card information into our secure Customer Portal is required before scheduling your initial service. Your chosen credit or debit card details are encrypted and securely stored solely for collecting payments related to lawn care services. Payment for these services will be charged to your card on file within 1-3 days post-service. An electronic receipt will be sent upon successful payment. Should payment processing fail, services will be halted, and a $25 fee will be charged to your account. Continued unsuccessful payments may lead to termination of service.
2. Scheduling:
Weather conditions can affect scheduling. While we strive to minimize conflicts, circumstances beyond our control may alter your mowing service day. Lawn care services follow a weekly schedule, subject to adjustments throughout the season without notice. Bi-weekly service is not available during April, May & June. If our crew arrives for scheduled service and your lawn has been mowed without notice, full service cost will be assessed to your account.
3. Picking Up Items:
To ensure efficient service, please clear your yard of obstacles and items such as dog feces, toys, gardening equipment, etc. Additional charges may apply if our crew regularly picks up items or faces delays due to blockages. Repeated occurrences or damage to equipment may result in service termination.
4. Courtesy and Safety:
For safety reasons, keep children, pets, and others away from our work area while we are on your property.
5. Extra Clean Up Due to Storm or Heavy Winds:
Excessive debris post-storm may necessitate clean-up, billed at an hourly rate plus disposal fees. Communication precedes such work unless severe debris affects scheduled lawn service.
6. Extra Clean Up Due to Tree Discharge:
If tree discharge impedes scheduled service, clean-up charges will apply. Contact us for options if heavy debris accumulates between mows.
7. Requesting a Skipped Mow / Bi-Weekly Schedule:
During peak growth (April, May & June), weekly mowing is required. In mid-summer or fall, requests to skip or switch to bi-weekly schedules require 48-hour notice. Late skip requests incur full charges for the week's service. Subsequent services post-skipped mows are billed at 1.5x the weekly rate.
8. Requesting to Mow Shorter:
We maintain optimal blade length for lawn health. Preferences are noted, but professional judgment prevails to ensure lawn quality.
9. Damages:
We are not liable for damages to certain items. However, we're fully licensed, insured, and carry liability coverage for our employees' protection.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is paramount. Contact us within 24 hours of service if issues arise for resolution. Timely contact ensures prompt rectification without charge.
11. Cancellation:
To cancel weekly lawn care, provide a 24-hour notice or by 5:00 PM Friday for Monday services to avoid a 50% service cost charge.
12. Continuation Of Service:
Upon initiating weekly service, your service will automatically renewed each season. Service can be ended with written notice from either party.
