Landscape Team Leader: 32-45 hrs. per week
A working knowledge of plants, landscape and lawn maintenance is critical. Experience with operating power lawn equipment is a plus and performing physical labor on a daily basis in a variety of conditions is expected. Candidates must be quality minded, and able to grasp and communicate work methods to team members. Additionally, he/she must take initiative to work effectively with team members to achieve desired results. He/She must also represent the company positively in both conduct and appearance. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers as necessary.
